Prices vary according to the region of Spain you
select. When comparing prices, not only does location make a
difference, but also the finish standard, and the plot
size, and the view. Be careful about apparent bargains,
and look for the reason for the low price - a
little known developer with only a few properties may be a
risk - ask to see something they have finished, and talk
to the people living there. At the moment, there are
resale properties at very low prices and they are worth
considering.

Location plays a huge part in pricing, so there are huge variations
- something smart and trendy in a marina with a mooring
will cost 5 times as much as the same thing is a less
fashionable area ! For bargains, look for something rural
and a little further from the airport. It's a buyers
market at the moment, so bargain hard over price.
