The exclusive Las Lomas leaseback project in the famous resort of La Manga Club in southern Spain -  enjoy the benefits of ownership and earn an income.  Property owners  will receive a 35% share of the  total gross room revenues until the contract ends in 2023.

You can own a luxury, spacious condo-hotel apartment, serviced & managed by the La Manga Club Team in a superb location within the 5 star La Manga Club. Las Lomas Village offers you the choice of twin deluxe studio or 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, all fully equipped & furnished. Owners are allowed 30 days use per annum in their own property and a supplementary 6 days per month in a Las Lomas suite (excluding the month of July) for a total of 96 days per annum of potential personal use.

Prices range from €111,000 for a studio apartment to €438,000 for a 3 bedroom apartment. Finance is available from Caja Murcia generally at 70% LTV. As these are tourist units, clients either pay VAT and apply for a refund the following year or only pay 3% Property Transfer tax (ITP). Gross yields range from 3% to 4% excluding any private arrangements during personal use period which could boost the yields to 6%-8%.

Las Lomas apartments haves full kitchen facilities and a modern décor, with marble or terracotta flooring. The bathrooms have a granite or marble bath and walk-in showers and each bedroom has en suite facilities

·          8 additional cleans to be used at the owners discretion (this does not include the arrival and departure cleans)

La Manga del Mar Menor is a tourist area with local tourists during Easter and summer and northern European tourists during the off peak season. The area is served by San Javier airport and Alicante airport but a new international airport at Corvera is due to open in 2012. Paramount have also announced a Theme Park next to Corvera Airport scheduled to open in 2015 and is expected to draw upwards of 3 million visitors to the region each year with the creation of film studios, casinos, a water park, bars, clubs, restaurants and shopping arcades, etc. A high speed train link from Madrid, to Cartagena close to La Manga Club, passing through Corvera airport and close to Paramount Theme Park is also projected.
