Please note that because of the remoteness of this location, a car or motor bike would be beneficial. To walk to Patitiri, Chora or the nearest beaches would take a good 30 minutes. The plot would accommodate two spacious villas.

The land nestles on a hillside in a secluded location below the old Byzantine hilltop village of Chora. Access is by an old cobbled donkey track skirting the edge of the village. There is a regular bus service to and from Patitiri, the island’s main village and port, throughout the summer months. The short bus journey takes about eight minutes (30 minutes by foot).
