We can help arrange flights with departures from most domestic and international airports, most of which fly nonstop to Florida.  

Inspection trips originating in the UK and Ireland are normally four days in duration, usually departing each Thursday morning, arriving back early the following Monday morning. However, this can be custom tailored to fit your personal schedule.

On your arrival you will be met by a representative of Steve Donovan (our partner in Florida) who will assist with getting you to your accommodation.

Our aim is to provide you with as much detailed information as possible while you are in Florida.

A typical itinerary, includes the following:

• Viewing all of the leading communities and show homes, which offer the best value and provide the highest rental income and capital appreciation.
• Discussing the range of rental programs available and property maintenance with our management company.
• Meeting with our mortgage company to discuss the financing of your purchase.
• Meeting with the interior designers to discuss furnishings and finishes.
• Arranging for the opening of a Florida bank account.  

A typical visit will include scheduled flights and 3 nights accommodation.  All that we ask is that you cover the low cost of the flights, and we will provide the three night’s accommodation totally free of charge. We will of course, reimburse the total flight cost for all our clients who purchase during their visit

This is paid within five business days of disbursement from the title company.

Free accommodation is only available when we arrange and book a three or four-day inspection visit.

If you book your flights independently, accommodation can be provided at discounted rates.

Our inspection visits are intended to provide a clear and complete understanding of all matters relating to home ownership in Florida.   There is no obligation to purchase during a visit, but we would emphasize that these trips are specifically designed for people who are of serious intent, and are therefore in a position to purchase, should they find a suitable property, which meets their requirements.
