Be helpful and not aggressively sales based.

independent not linked to any one Cyprus developer we don’t

Our standard package includes our
local, independent associate, who is not tied to anyone,
and who can therefore access all of the developers and
agents in Cyprus. We also have looked at the
developers ourselves, and can discuss with you those that would be
particularly worth seeing based on the location anmd type of
property you are looking for. We can also set up a meeting
with any particular developer you wish to see if you have
someone specific in mind.
Rather than make all the calls
yourself, you can choose from the suggested package above,
adding or deleting as you please, and we will then set up
the appointments you want on the days you specify. Working
with our local agent does mean that he can control the
pace of the days for you, and avoid “overkill”. On my
last visit one agent kept me with him for 5 hours without
a break – no lunch – so it can be helpful to have the
arrangements planned to make sure your day is not
over-committed!
