Property Mgt/Caretaking

If a Cyprus property is a second home, it can be a worry when left empty and the owners are away. In 1988 we set up our first caretaking service, which is now comprehensively tailored to the property involved. We can regularly inspect, deal with relevant bills such as the utilities, open and air the property, and deal with any maintenance that may need doing. Checking and clearing gutters, tiles, looking after plants and so on can all be arranged.

Letting in Cyprus

Whether it’s to friends or on a financial basis, we can organise a welcoming service. This can include transport from the airport, and introducing the visitors to the house and gardens, and how everything works. This would include, of course, making sure everything is ready for the next set of guests. Everything would be found clean, linen ready, with a welcoming pack in the kitchen. Laundry, cleaning and closing down your home after departure would be taken care of.
